> Example of the font in question <

Flat Color:

Line-art with flat/unshaded base colors - including colored lines (unless requested otherwise).

Prices:

Bust:$40USD

*Extra characters: 65% of base price per extra character (limit 2 extras)*Complexity charge: up to 30% of base price (calculated per character as applicable, not to the total commission cost)

Animated:

>EXPERIMENTAL!<
Single pose, idle animation loops. A static image is drawn, then broken into parts, then put back together and animated utilizing tweening. Some parts may use frame-by-frame animation (such as swishing tails or cloth flowing in the wind) for an additional charge. More parts = more articulation, but animation remains constricted to single pose.
Prices are determined by cost of initial drawing (refer to other prices) + cost of parts. Example: Flat color bust ($40) + 35 parts ($50) = total cost of $90. Available for all commission types - excluding detailed shading.Specific amount of parts may remain undetermined until we hit the stage where it is broke into pieces, but I will work within constraints given. Desired and projected amount of parts will be discussed prior.

Prices:

0-39 parts:+ $50
40-49 parts:+ $60
50-60 parts:+ $75
Frame-by-Frame addition:+ $25

*Limit one character per commission
*Limit to 60 parts per image
*Complexity charge applicable to initial drawing - see other prices

Terms of Service

Conduct:

  • - Do not contact me directly to submit a commission request, please use the form provided here. If you have any questions related to commissions, email me at [email protected]
  • - I will contact you if/when I have accepted your commission and am ready to begin the commission process. If you submit a form and do not receive a response or confirmation email back from me within 7 days, please assume I cannot accept the commission at that time.
  • - Any correspondence throughout the process that is rude, inappropriate, inflammatory, and/or non-constructive may result in cancellation of the commission and blacklisting.

What I need from you before I can start a commission:

  • - A clear visual reference of the character/s I will be drawing.
  • *I will occasionally be willing to work off of text descriptions - with an additional design fee added at my discretion - but more often than not I will reject commission inquiries without some form of visual character reference.
  • - Any relevant information about the character/s (i.e. personality, height, species, body type, etc).
  • - Visual references or written descriptions of what you would like depicted within the commission (i.e. outfits, actions, expressions, poses, setting, etc). If I am left to source reference images myself, I may get very different results compared to what you had in mind.
  • - Any other visual references or written descriptions you deem relevant that can be provided.
  • - Please let me know if there is a specific style I have drawn in in the past that you would like me to emulate as my artstyle may shift from piece to piece.
  • - If you do not have a specific idea in mind for the commission, please clarify that you are leaving the commission up to artistic freedom.
  • - Any information about a time frame in which the commission must be completed within or a deadline, if applicable.

Process:

  • 1. I will contact you via the email you provided on the commission form to confirm the details, the price of the commission, and to request further details about the commission if necessary. If I do not hear back from you within 10 days of emailing you, the commission request will be canceled. Please remember to keep an eye on your inbox.
  • 2. Once details have been confirmed, you will be sent an invoice via email for the collection of payment; this is when I will begin work on the initial sketch.
  • 3. When complete, I will send you an email of the initial sketch and ask for feedback on it. Work in Progress pictures will always be screenshots of a lower resolution than the final image. Feel free to mark the image to make corrections if need be. Work on the commission will only continue past this point once you have confirmed the sketch to be to your liking and the commission invoice has been paid in full.
  • *Payment is not required in full at this point if a payment plan has already been agreed upon, please check the "Payment and Refunds" section for more information.
  • 4. I will provide updates on the commission as I meet specific milestones for the work (i.e. finishing the line art phase, finishing the flat color phase, etc) or as feedback is needed. You are welcomed and encouraged to provide feedback and request edits as Work in Progress images are sent. You are also welcomed to request Work In Progress pictures once per week.
  • 5. Once completed, the watermarked, full resolution artwork will be shown to you for final review. You are still welcomed to request minor edits but requests for major changes will no longer be accepted unless I have made an error somewhere in the process. Refunds will no longer be offered at this point.
  • 6. Once you have confirmed the commission is to your satisfaction, the project will be considered complete - no further edits, changes, or refunds will be made.

Terms of Service

    Payment:

  • - I only accept payments in USD via Square
  • - Payments using Square are made via an Invoice which will be emailed to the email address provided by you on the commission request form, unless agreed upon otherwise. You do not need to have an account with Square to send payments.
  • - I will initiate the transaction to avoid accidental transactions. Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission and have sent you an invoice. Failure to comply will result in a refund and potential cancellation of your commission.
  • - If I do not receive the payment for the commission within 2 weeks/14 days after I've placed the invoice, the commission will be canceled. Please contact me if there are any delays or issues preventing payment.
  • - I am happy to discuss potential payment plans for commissions of values equal to or greater than $50USD. Plans can vary based on needs of the client and will be discussed when a commission request has been accepted.

Refunds and Cancellations:

  • - If I have to cancel your commission after I receive payment for any reason other than a breach of the Terms of Service, I will endeavor to provide a refund up to the full value paid.
  • - Due to my current financial situation, refunds cannot be issued instantaneously. I will attempt to have the money returned to you within 1 to 7 days or as soon as feasibly possible. In rare occasions this may take up to a month at the most - you will be notified if this happens to be the case. Please keep this in mind before commissioning me.

You may cancel your commission before I have sent a final iteration for review:

  • - Refunds requested before I have sent you a final sketch for review will be refunded at the full value paid.
  • - Refunds requested after a sketch has been sent for approval but before further work is made on the commission will be refunded at 75% of the full value paid.
  • - Refunds requested after work beyond the sketching phase has begun will be refunded at 50% of the full value paid.
  • - For payment plans, a seperate refund policy will be discussed and agreed upon at the time in which a commission request is accepted
  • - These amounts may be subject to change at my discretion based on time spent on the project at the time of a refund request being issued; you will be informed of how much you should expect to receive back.

Chargebacks:

  • - Do NOT file a chargeback as a means to receive a refund. You must contact me such that we may settle on the terms of the refund and initiate the process.

If a chargeback is filed against me without my consent:

  • - You will be forbidden from requesting further commissions from me in the future.
  • - You will relinquish all rights granted by me to use my work.
  • - All correspondence may be shared publicly and with financial institutions during dispute resolution at my own discretion.
